Independent Community Bankers of America (ICBA)

A trade organization headquartered in Washington D.C. that represents the interests of almost 5,000 community banks throughout the United States. Its members account for over $1 trillion in assets, $900 billion in deposits and $700 billion in loans. It hosts conferences, provides training programs, produces publications, facilitates cooperation between members and host communities, supports standards and practices, as well as lobbying the government on behalf of members.
