mandatory redemption schedule

The point at which a bond issuer must redeem all or some proportion of outstanding issues of a given bond, in accordance with the conditions of the original bond contract. Mandatory redemption schedules may be triggered by scheduled dates, or the availability of money in a sinking fund.
