mini-lot

A lot that contains 1,000 units and is available with the mini-accounts offered through a forex dealer. This is 1/10 the size of 100,000 standard lots. A mini-lot pip currency pair is one dollar while at the time of this writing, standard lot pips trade at 10 dollars.
