Nasdaq National Market Securities (Nasdaq NM)

A stock market consisting of several thousand companies. Typically these companies will have a large base of shareholders - both national and international - and they also must comply with stringent requirements with regard to their financials. Participating companies must also agree to very specific standards related to corporate governance.
