Public Securities Association

PSA. A trade organization of dealers, brokers, and bankers who underwrite and trade securities offerings. In 2006 this organization was renamed as the Bond Market Association, and later that year it merged with the Securities Industry Association to form the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association.
